How much does it cost to sponsor one issue?

The cost for sponsorship covers publication (including field visits to provinces, translation of the articles into Khmer, design, illustration and lay-out), printing of 30,000 copies and distribution to all health facilities and other government departments (Women’s Affairs, Rural Development, Social Affairs, Interior and Defence).

The cost for sponsoring a thematic issue of Health Messenger is around USD 30,000 which means that for one US dollar per copy or less than 50 cents per reader, you can get your information out to all health workers in the country.

Subscriptions to Health Messenger are available on an annual basis. Current and previous issues can also be purchased individually. For Cambodian health workers, Health Messenger is free. For anyone else, subscription is available at PSP. Bulk subscriptions receive a discount.

Health Messenger reaches an audience of more than 30,000 doctors, nurses and midwives working in Cambodia as well as many international organizations and NGOs.

Most of our readers are all medical professionals, many of whom buy and prescribe drugs for their local communities.

Is there a health topic that you would like to see an issue of Health Messenger dedicated to? PSP offers the opportunity to sponsor the publishing and distribution of an entire issue of Health Messenger on a topic of your choice.

Sponsorship currently costs in the region of $30,000 per issue. Health Messenger welcomes co-sponsors for each issue.

PSP also offers “Sponsor-a-page” at a cost of USD 350 per page. This is an option for government institutions, NGOs and other organizations who need to disseminate important information to health staff. The information can be on any health theme, as long as it follows the national policies of the Ministry of Health.
