Welcome to the website of Ponleu Sokhapheap (PSP).

We are a Cambodian non-government organisation that publishes Health Messenger, a medical journal for nurses and health practitioners throughout Cambodia. PSP sees itself as a key player in the improvement of health and wellbeing of the Cambodian population, and has as its mission the promotion of good medical practices among all health practitioners, so that they might provide quality health care to all Cambodians.

Over the past 12 years, Health Messenger has contributed to strengthening the health workforce, especially nurses and midwives according to the strategic framework and national policies of the Ministry of Health.

It has always been produced in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and other relevant ministries, as well as national and international organisations working in Cambodia. We are most grateful to these partners, as today we celebrate the fact that around 30,000 copies are distributed to all 24 provinces every three months.

Our services extend to public health and medical text translation, and IEC material production for a variety of organisations and institutions.

PSP's executive team are dedicated to the ongoing improvement of our well established publication and seek to provide outstanding customer service to our readers, counterparts and partners.
